Decarbonization creates economic value in three ways: saving cost and carbon, reducing risks, and fulfilling your customers demands. The new Net Zero Standard (NZS2.0) of the Science-Based-Target initiative enhances flexibility for companies to set and achieve targets. This flexibility will accelerate the uptake of decarbonization action along value chains. Similarly, continuous cost decreases in technologies improve the business case for decarbonization.
