From Potential to Practice: Making Nature-Based Solutions Work at Scale.

Panel Discussion: Nature-Based Solutions and How to Make Them Work at Scale

Hosted by Stiftung Menschen für Menschen and the European Biodiversity Coalition.

Language: English
Location: Arri Kinos Club, Türkenstraße 91
Date: 21.10. 18.00-20.00

The climate crisis is both a human crisis and a biodiversity crisis. Nature-based solutions offer the most natural way to address them together and, if well designed, deliver lasting impact.

Guests from a range of stakeholder groups will discuss how these solutions must be designed, structured and financed so that they can be operationalised and scaled.

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Sebastian Brandis, CEO of Stiftung Menschen für Menschen, who has a deep track record of implementing nature-based solutions in Ethiopia.

Event Tipp:
Right before this Panel Discussion, Menschen für Menschen will show the Movie "Becoming Nature Positive" by The Nature Positive Initiative on the same Location (Screening Starts at 17.00). Please visit the separate Eventpage: https://luma.com/mcw2026-bt48
