Organize a Munich Climate Week Event

Kick off your ideation phase: think about your topic, speakers, and location. Read our Event Guidelines (covering accessibility, greenwashing, and more), and reach out to us for support, including access to our speaker and venue databases.

Once you've secured your venue, speakers, and co-organizers, your event is fully ready to go, and it follows our Event Guidelines, submit it through the form below. We'll review and approve it before setting up your event page and adding it to our calendar.

Our team will review your submission. Once approved, we'll set up your event on Luma, add you as a cohost, and add it to our official calendar. We'll also send you the event link along with your Event Partner Toolkit—marketing materials including a banner template and social media templates—so you can start spreading the word.
